The role will be responsible for creating financial visibility across multiple products and revenue streams, building product/business-level P&Ls, strengthening financial controls and identifying revenue and cost leakages across the system.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Operations and Business Strategy.

2. Revenue Assurance & Leakage Control
- Build robust processes to identify and prevent revenue leakage across different business lines.
- Establish reconciliation mechanisms between contracts, transactions, billing, collections and accounting.
- Identify gaps in pricing, billing, settlements, refunds, discounts and commercial configurations.
- Analyse transaction-level data to identify anomalies, mismatches and potential leakage.
- Strengthen controls around vendor, partner, payment gateway, logistics and operational settlements.
- Develop dashboards/MIS to proactively highlight financial exceptions and variances.
3. Financial Controls & Controllership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial planning.
- Build management dashboards for leadership covering revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and profitability.
- Analyse actuals vs budget and identify key business variances.
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Support leadership in evaluating new products, pricing models, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Manage cash-flow planning and working capital.
- Strengthen accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and improve collection efficiency.
- Optimise vendor payments and working-capital cycles.
- Maintain strong visibility into cash requirements and future funding needs.
5. Finance Systems & Automation
- Improve integration between finance systems and operational/business systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate reconciliations, reporting and controls.
- Build scalable financial processes as the business grows.
- Ensure finance has reliable access to transaction-level data required for decision-making.
