We are hiring a Client Servicing Manager for a rapidly growing event management and experiential marketing company that delivers high-impact events, brand experiences, activations, and large-scale experiences for leading clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients
• Act as the primary point of contact and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events
• Develop client servicing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to acquire new clients
• Manage project budgets, financial performance, contracts, and pricing negotiations
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and quality expectations
• Handle client escalations and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare performance, financial, and client feedback reports
• Contribute towards achieving a ₹15 Cr revenue target
✅ Must-Have
✔️ 8+ years of experience in Client Servicing
✔️ Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the Event Management industry
✔️ Strong experience handling large-scale events and high-value client portfolios
✔️ Proven team leadership and client relationship management experience
✔️ Strong commercial, budgeting, and negotiation skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
