Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ARO and Team Leader role based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing a team handling account-related operations and customer service activities, ensuring timely resolution of queries and accurate documentation. The ARO and Team Leader will monitor daily performance metrics, allocate tasks, and support team members in meeting service-level agreements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing regular reports on team productivity and operational issues. The role also requires coaching team members, conducting briefings, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong account handling, operations management, and customer service skills relevant to financial services.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Proficiency in using common office software and basic IT systems to manage data, reports, and communications.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in financial services, operations, or BPO/process-driven environments is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
