Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchisees/authorised persons within the assigned territory
- Drive business development and revenue growth of the existing franchise network
- Achieve targets for account openings, brokerage revenue, and third-party product sales across the franchise base
- Act as the primary liaison between franchise partners and internal departments (operations, compliance, RMS, etc.) to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Candidate Requirements:
- Only candidates meeting the criteria below should apply, as this role demands specific expertise and full commitment
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the equity/commodity broking industry
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in franchise acquisition and franchise business development
- Strong working knowledge of equity and derivatives products
- Working knowledge of third-party products — Life and General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.
- Proven expertise in franchise network management
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrated business development ability
Willingness to travel extensively, both within and outside the city, as the role demands
