Job Title: CCTV / Surveillance Engineer (Milestone Certified)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive CCTV Engineer with expertise in Milestone Systems to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale IP surveillance networks across our facilities in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV systems, NVRs, VMS, and network cameras.
Design and manage video management systems using Milestone XProtect.
Perform system integration with access control, intrusion alarms, and third-party security platforms.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network latency issues.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system backups to ensure high availability.
Provide technical documentation, network topologies, and hand-over reports to clients.
Requirements & Skills
Certification: Active Milestone Systems Certification (MCDE, MCSE, or equivalent) is strictly required.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IP video surveillance and VMS deployment.
Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE switches, router configurations, and network security.
Hardware: Proficient with major camera brands (Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Honeywell).
Location: Willingness to work in/relocate to Gujarat and travel locally across project sites as needed.
