Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Noble Manhattan business within an assigned market/territory.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, senior executives, entrepreneurs and aspiring coaches.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote Noble Manhattan coaching, leadership development and professional coach-training programs.
- Conduct business conversations, presentations and client consultations.
- Build a strong local professional network and referral ecosystem.
- Support enrolments and client relationship management.
- Work closely with Noble Manhattan India for marketing, program support, brand guidance and business development.
- Build a sustainable revenue-generating business under the Noble Manhattan brand.
