Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert focused on working professionals and younger kids in the domestic and Indian region. The role involves planning and delivering engaging online sessions on phonics, spoken English, and public speaking tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. The professional will design structured lesson plans, activities, and assessments that build communication confidence, pronunciation accuracy, and presentation skills. Daily responsibilities include conducting live classes, monitoring learner progress, providing personalized feedback, and adapting teaching methods based on learner needs. The role also includes collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, creating digital learning materials, and supporting parents and working professionals with guidance on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in phonics instruction, spoken English, and public speaking, with the ability to teach both younger kids and working professionals.
- Experience designing lesson plans, interactive activities, and assessments for online or blended learning environments.
- Proficiency with digital tools and e-learning platforms, including video conferencing, learning management systems, and basic content creation tools.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills in a remote setting.
- Formal training or certification in education, English language teaching, communication, drama, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior teaching, coaching, or training experience in the Indian region, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
