Role Description This is a full-time, remote freelancing Work-From-Home role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert supporting grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver online lessons in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, conducting live virtual classes, creating practice materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching strategies, maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment. The expert is expected to manage schedules responsibly, uphold high teaching standards, and use digital tools effectively for e-learning delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, English language fundamentals, and pronunciation suitable for both children and adult learners.
- Demonstrated skills in public speaking coaching, voice modulation, stage presence, and confidence-building techniques.
- Experience with online teaching, virtual classroom tools, and creating engaging e-learning content and activities.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and culturally sensitive interaction with diverse learners.
- Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans, adapt teaching methods to individual needs, and track learner progress systematically.
- Comfort with freelancing and remote work, including reliable internet access, time management, and professional self-discipline.
- Previous teaching, training, or coaching experience in education, communication, or related fields; experience with both kids and adults is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, or similar domains is preferred; teaching certifications in ESL, phonics, or public speaking are a plus.
