WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS HEAD / CEO – NBFC
Location: Surat, Gujarat
CTC: ₹60–90 Lakh Per Annum

We are looking for an accomplished and entrepreneurial Business Head / CEO – NBFC to lead the launch and scale-up of a new medium-scale NBFC headquartered in Surat, Gujarat.
This is a zero-to-one leadership opportunity for a senior NBFC / Banking professional who has the capability to build a lending business from the ground up.
The selected leader will have end-to-end responsibility for:
• NBFC business strategy & launch
• Lending product development
• MSME / SME / Business Loans / LAP / Secured Lending
• Credit underwriting & risk framework
• Sales & distribution network
• Collections & portfolio quality
• Fund raising & banking relationships
• Regulatory & governance framework
• LOS / LMS / lending technology implementation
• Leadership team building
• AUM growth & market expansion
• Complete P&L ownership
Who Are We Looking For?
Ideally 15–25 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Lending / Financial Services with significant senior leadership exposure.
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have previously:
• Launched or built an NBFC / lending business
• Established a new lending vertical
• Scaled a significant lending portfolio / AUM
• Managed complete business P&L
• Built strong relationships with Banks / Financial Institutions
• Managed credit, risk, collections and portfolio quality
• Built and led high-performing lending teams
Preferred Profiles:
CEO – NBFC | Business Head – NBFC | National Business Head | COO – NBFC | Head – Lending | Head – MSME/SME Finance | Business Head – Secured Lending | Business Head – LAP
We are looking for a business builder, not just an administrator — someone who can combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial discipline, governance and execution capability.
CTC: ₹60–90 LPA + Performance-Linked Incentives
