We are looking for a senior real estate professional to independently lead a real estate business vertical as a profit centre, with end-to-end responsibility for the complete project lifecycle.
Location: Tathawade, Pune
Experience: 15–20+ years
Projects: Residential | Commercial | Mixed-Use
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Land acquisition & project feasibility
- Project planning & development
- Construction & execution
- Procurement & contracts
- Finance & P&L management
- Sales & marketing coordination
- Statutory approvals & RERA
- Team leadership & overall profitability
Preferred: Candidates with strong real estate development experience, proven business/P&L ownership, and experience managing cross-functional teams. Pune-based candidates preferred.
