Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting Giant Migration’s immigration services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company goals. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, and contribute to marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring a high standard of client experience throughout the engagement cycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within immigration, consulting, or professional services sectors.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse client groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on clear, professional, and persuasive interaction.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business strategies and targets.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and productivity software to manage pipelines, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or immigration consulting are an advantage.
- Awareness of global immigration trends and regulations is beneficial, along with a commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
