Job Description: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective clients.
- Connect with decision-makers, introduce company services, and schedule client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build client relationships and support business acquisition.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Preferred experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or IT Consulting organizations.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and B2B client outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
