Orgreen Farm is a Lucknow-based microgreens company that grows and supplies fresh, nutrient-rich microgreens to homes, cafés, restaurants, fitness centres, and wellness-focused businesses.

About the Opportunity
We are currently building our talent pool for a future Business Development Executive position.
The role would involve developing new B2B and retail opportunities, building relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, fitness and wellness businesses, and helping expand Orgreen Farm's customer base.
Potential responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers and business partners
- Developing leads and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Visiting cafés, restaurants and other prospective clients
- Presenting Orgreen Farm's products and understanding customer requirements
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Discussing pricing, quantities, subscriptions and commercial terms
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Gathering customer feedback and identifying new market opportunities
- Representing Orgreen Farm at local events, tastings and business networking opportunities
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development and relationship management
- Ability to identify opportunities and approach new customers confidently
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Prior experience in sales, business development, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality would be an advantage
