Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, support sales meetings, and maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, following up with prospects, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
- Proven ability in lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Capability to conduct structured market research and analyze market and customer data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and business development processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
