Role Description The Senior Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and outreach programs that support the foundation’s cancer treatment and research services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations, and supporting initiatives to increase patient access and service utilization. The specialist will prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align growth strategies with organizational goals, and track performance metrics to ensure ongoing improvement. The role also involves representing the foundation at events, meetings, and conferences to strengthen visibility and build long-term strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, negotiate, and build professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation capabilities and skills in developing and managing business development pipelines.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service, ensuring positive experiences for patients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial skills and qualifications include strategic planning, relationship management, familiarity with healthcare or hospital operations, and proficiency in CRM or business development tools.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; significant relevant experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or services sectors.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
