What You'll Do
- Consult customers planning birthdays and celebrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best celebration solutions.
- Build relationships and guide customers throughout their buying journey.
- Prepare quotations and present customized event packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Cross-sell premium services such as catering, photography, entertainment, return gifts, and more.
- Maintain accurate updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Hospitality, Events, Luxury Retail, or Customer Consulting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and ownership.
- Graduate in any discipline.
