🚨 Next Move India is Hiring – Branch Sales Manager (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)
Position: Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance
Vertical: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Locations: Bangalore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Based on Experience & Performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Generate business through field sales, DSAs, builders, real estate brokers, channel partners, and customer referrals.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Guide customers throughout the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 Months to 5 Years of sales experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of the local lending market and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work in field sales.
- Experience in handling DSA, builder, and channel partner networks will be an added advantage.
