Role Description The BPT – Consultant Physiotherapist role at PhysioPlus is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Consultant Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to patients in clinical and hospital settings. Responsibilities include documenting patient history, maintaining accurate clinical records using digital tools, and coordinating follow-up care to support long-term recovery and rehabilitation. The role involves collaborating with senior physiotherapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, as well as participating in case discussions, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives. The Consultant Physiotherapist will also educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and preventive care to promote overall functional well-being.
Qualifications
- Recognized Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree and valid registration with the appropriate physiotherapy council.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to use digital tools for patient documentation, appointment scheduling, and clinic management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Capacity to work in a structured, protocol-driven environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Commitment to continuous learning, participation in CME programs, and openness to mentorship and skill enhancement.
- Prior clinical experience or internship in hospital or clinic settings in Jaipur or similar urban environments is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, patient-centric approach, and ability to manage time and caseload efficiently.
