Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Neervana Clinic in Jaipur. The Physiotherapist will assess patients across age groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions aligned with the clinic’s multidisciplinary approach. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical and functional assessments, providing orthopaedic, neurological, sports, and pediatric physiotherapy sessions, and documenting clinical findings and progress accurately. The role involves collaborating with child development and behavioral specialists, participating in early intervention and family-centered programs, and offering guidance to parents and caregivers to support continuity of care at home. The Physiotherapist is also expected to contribute to treatment reviews, maintain clinical integrity, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, outcome-focused care.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration as required.
- Experience in orthopaedic, neurological, sports, or pediatric physiotherapy, preferably in a multidisciplinary or child development setting.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, parents, and caregivers in a family-centered care model.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to explain clinical information in a practical, understandable manner.
- Comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Solid documentation and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate clinical records and managing caseloads responsibly.
- Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing learning, and participation in training or case discussions to enhance clinical competence.
- Experience in early intervention, behavioral or developmental therapy programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic computer and digital record-keeping tools used in clinical environments.
