Altreonix is a web design and development company focused on creating professional, modern websites for businesses.
Our core service is Website Design & Development, including corporate websites, marketing websites, website redesigns, and custom web experiences.
We also provide basic branding and visual identity work where it complements a website project.
We are looking for a part-time, independent B2B Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and develop new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is not a full-time position.
This is a part-time, commission-only independent contractor role. You can work remotely and manage your own schedule, provided you consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
Your primary responsibility is to identify businesses that may need a new website or website redesign, initiate conversations with decision-makers, qualify their requirements, and nurture interested prospects until they are ready to speak with Altreonix.
Once a prospect becomes a qualified opportunity, our team will handle the technical discussion, project scoping, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
Your role:
Find businesses → Start conversations → Identify opportunities → Qualify → Nurture → Hand over qualified prospects
Responsibilities
- Research and identify businesses that may need a new or redesigned website.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, business owners, marketing heads, and senior management.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on genuine business needs.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other relevant channels.
- Review prospects' existing websites and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Understand the prospect's business and determine whether there is a genuine website requirement.
- Qualify prospects based on business need, decision-making authority, project suitability, and potential budget.
- Follow up and nurture interested prospects.
- Introduce qualified prospects to the Altreonix team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and opportunities.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
What You Will Be Generating Opportunities For
Our primary service is:
Website Design & Development
This includes:
- New corporate/business websites
- Website redesigns
- Marketing websites
- Custom website development
- Advanced or interactive web experiences where appropriate
Basic branding and visual identity services may also be included as part of suitable website projects.
You do not need to be technically proficient in web development. Altreonix will handle technical scoping and project discussions.
What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
You will not be expected to:
- Develop websites
- Perform technical implementation
- Prepare technical estimates
- Design branding
- Prepare technical proposals
- Negotiate final project pricing
- Manage project delivery
Your responsibility is to generate and qualify business opportunities.
Compensation
10% Commission | No Fixed Salary
You will receive 10% commission on net project revenue actually collected from clients sourced and converted through your efforts.
For example:
₹2,00,000 project → ₹20,000 commission
₹3,00,000 project → ₹30,000 commission
There is no commission cap.
Commission is paid as client payments are received by Altreonix.
There is no fixed salary, retainer, or hourly compensation for this position.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working independently and building their own B2B sales pipeline.
Relevant experience includes:
- B2B Sales
- Business Development
- Lead Generation
- SDR / BDR
- Agency Sales
- Web Design / Web Development Sales
- IT Services Sales
- Digital Services Sales
Experience selling website design, development, branding, marketing services, SaaS, or other B2B services is an advantage.
Experience with international clients is also an advantage.
An existing network of business owners, founders, marketing professionals, or other decision-makers is a plus.

- You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing your own prospects. Altreonix will not provide a pre-built list of target companies.
Important
This is not a bulk lead-listing or data-entry position.
We are looking for someone who can identify relevant businesses, start genuine conversations, understand their needs, and develop those conversations into qualified opportunities.
Quality of opportunities matters more than the number of leads generated.
