Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a Computer Science / IT undergraduate background, or prior work experience in an IT company, will also be considered.
Required Skill Set
- Full-spectrum HR experience — recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka, BambooHR, Workday, ADP or similar).
- Working knowledge of employment law, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Prior experience in an IT/technology company preferred, or a Computer Science undergraduate background.
- Experience building or managing an HR team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
Job Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer closure.
- Handle client engagement, communication, and project coordination - understand client needs, facilitate smooth interactions, liaise on HR project timelines, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, provide regular updates and status reports, and ensure client satisfaction across all HR services and deliverables.
- Partner with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and role requirements.
- Build and maintain recruitment pipelines and agency/vendor relationships.
- Handle onboarding, induction, performance review cycles, and exit interviews.
- Address employee grievances and manage day-to-day employee relations.
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and related documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance for accurate, timelyprocessing.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws; maintain statutory and HR records for audits.
- Implement and maintain the HRIS; generate HR reports and analytics.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the HR team.
