Role Description The Human Resources Manager at THE RADIANCE is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating staffing needs with clinic leadership, maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing attendance and leave records, and supporting payroll-related data. The role involves organizing training and development initiatives, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and clinic standards. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, provide guidance to team members and supervisors on HR matters, and contribute to strategic workforce planning as the clinic grows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR administration, including policy implementation, documentation, HRIS usage, and coordination of payroll-related inputs.
- Ability to manage training and development programs, including identifying skill gaps, coordinating sessions, and supporting continuous learning.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements within a clinical or service-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and HR software for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
