Role Description The AI/ML Educator will design and deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons and training programs in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula and sessions, developing teaching materials and projects, conducting classroom-based instruction, and providing guidance and feedback to learners. The role involves collaborating with the academic and product teams to align content with industry needs, updating course material based on new trends and tools, and supporting assessments to track learner progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular classroom interaction and participation in team meetings and workshops.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in delivering technical or STEM-focused content.
- Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning paths and hands-on activities.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex AI/ML concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and applied machine learning workflows.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or EdTech environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a startup setting, adapt to evolving requirements, and support diverse learners.
- Prior classroom teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in AI/ML is a strong plus.
