Role Description The AI Educator will design and deliver engaging lessons and training modules that introduce learners to artificial intelligence concepts, tools, and applications. This contract, on-site role in Noida involves developing structured curricula, preparing learning materials, and tailoring instruction to different skill levels and backgrounds. The AI Educator will conduct interactive classroom sessions, hands-on workshops, and practical demonstrations, while assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback. The role also includes collaborating with the Academigo and other education-focused teams to align content with industry needs, updating materials based on emerging AI trends, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with demonstrated experience facilitating learning in technology or AI-related subjects.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including the ability to design structured curricula, activities, and assessments for diverse learner groups.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, accessible language and engage learners effectively.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (e.g., basic algorithms, data handling, popular AI tools and platforms) and willingness to stay updated with industry developments.
- Experience with classroom management or corporate training, and comfort working on-site in a structured, collaborative environment.
- Ability to use digital tools, learning management systems, and interactive platforms to enhance teaching and learner engagement.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices that support learners from varied backgrounds.
