Role Snapshot- Position: Admission Officer
- Location: Kolkata/Hybrid
- Division: Digital
- Schedule: Rotational Weekly Off
- Reports To: Team Lead – Field Sales
What You’ll Do- Proactively call leads assigned in Salesforce and maintain accurate, updated records of all interactions.
- Achieve daily targets of at least 150 dialed calls and 40 connected calls to nurture leads and build relationships.
- Book a minimum of 5 branch visits, home demos, or Zoom demos.
- Ensure at least 8 unique branch visits, house visits, or Zoom calls are conducted every week.
- Consistently meet weekly objectives to fulfill monthly targets while adhering to company compliance policies.
What We’re Looking For- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
