Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, tracking account performance, and addressing issues or escalations promptly. The Account Manager will prepare regular reports, follow up on payments, support contract renewals, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and provide consistent, professional support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM tools) for documentation and reporting.
- Experience in account management, sales support, or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
