Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Colive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will handle day-to-day interactions with residents, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive living experience. This role includes onboarding new residents, explaining property features and policies, and maintaining regular communication to build trust and long-term relationships. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with operations, maintenance, and service teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and service standards are met. The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to improve community engagement, and supporting occupancy and retention goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills to build trust and maintain resident satisfaction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse residents and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to handle resident issues calmly and efficiently.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple resident requests and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using technology and property management systems for documentation and communication.
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, community management, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in hospitality, business, or communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility to support residents during peak hours or weekends as needed.
