Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative / B2B Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, managing relationships with potential clients, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. They will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop optimized strategies for outreach, conduct follow-ups, and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting. The role will require engaging with B2B prospects to drive the growth of our client base through strategic lead generation techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and managing client pipelines
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
- Knowledge of CRM tools and other sales software is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Goal-oriented and proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the IT or technology solutions industry is highly advantageous
