Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day showroom and back-office operations, including coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of modular kitchen projects. The role involves monitoring workflow, supporting project schedules, and aligning operations with quality and customer service standards. The Operations Executive will collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to resolve operational issues and streamline processes. The position also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows, project coordination, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Experience in retail, interior, modular kitchen, or related operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools) is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in operations, business, or a related field is advantageous, though relevant experience will also be considered.
