Role Description The Ecommerce Operations Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing day-to-day online order and operations workflows. This role includes overseeing order processing, coordinating with warehouse or dispatch teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate listings and pricing across ecommerce platforms. The individual will track and update product catalogs, manage promotions, and work with internal teams to resolve operational issues affecting customer experience. The role also involves handling customer queries related to orders and deliveries, following up on deliveries and returns, and preparing basic operations and sales reports. The Ecommerce Operations Executive will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes, reduce errors, and support overall revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce knowledge and operational understanding of online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on timely resolution of order and delivery-related issues.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales awareness, including familiarity with promotions, cross-selling, and improving conversion through operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and comfort working with order management or ERP systems.
- Prior experience in ecommerce operations, logistics coordination, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
