Role Description The B2C Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day B2C operational activities, including managing learner onboarding, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring smooth delivery of online and offline programs. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, tracking and improving service levels, and collaborating with educators and internal teams to enhance learner experience. The B2C Operations Executive will monitor key operational metrics, support process improvements, and maintain accurate records and reports. This role also involves working closely with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns, gather feedback, and help scale OLL’s B2C operations.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and coordination skills, including process management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities to support learners, parents, and partners effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance, interpret data, and drive operational improvements.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for education, CRM, and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, education management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in B2C operations, edtech, or education services is beneficial.
