Role Description The Operation Executive role at Carestream is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will coordinate daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and support the implementation of operational policies and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring process performance, preparing operational reports, assisting in resource planning, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Operation Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and help resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and support of company objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience in coordinating day-to-day activities and improving processes.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a structured, organized manner.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, databases); exposure to ERP or workflow tools is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or imaging sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with quality and compliance standards.
