# Creative Strategist & Content Writer
**Mamansh | Full-time | Delhi NCR / Hybrid | 2–5 Years Experience**
Mamansh is a fast-growing D2C baby-care brand creating safe, effective and thoughtfully formulated products for babies and kids.
We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist & Content Writer** who can turn consumer insights into **scroll-stopping, high-performing creatives**.
### What You'll Do
* Develop creative strategies and content angles for Meta, Instagram & YouTube.
* Write **UGC, Reel, founder-led and performance ad scripts**.
* Create strong hooks, storytelling concepts, CTAs and multiple creative variations.
* Research competitors, trends, customer reviews and consumer pain points.
* Develop content ideas for Reels, carousels, statics and social media.
* Analyse creative performance and develop new iterations based on what works.
* Work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams.
### What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in **creative strategy, copywriting, content or D2C marketing**.
* Strong Hindi/Hinglish + English copywriting skills.
* Understanding of **Meta ads, UGC and performance creatives**.
* Strong grasp of hooks, storytelling and consumer psychology.
* Ability to generate multiple creative angles from a single product/consumer problem.
* Data-driven, curious and highly creative.
**Bonus:** Experience in D2C, baby care, beauty, personal care or FMCG.
