Role Description
We are hiring a Social Media & Content Creator who can take ownership of WinishTrends' day-to-day social media content.
This is a Remote/Hybrid role based in Delhi NCR. Most content planning, editing, research, and social media management can be done remotely. However, the candidate must be available for planned content and product shoots in Delhi NCR when required.
We are looking for someone who is not only able to execute content but also actively explores trends, develops fresh ideas, and suggests new ways to grow the brand online.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and short-form videos
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for WinishTrends content
- Shoot product, activewear, fitness, lifestyle, packaging, and behind-the-scenes content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools
- Create basic social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Research trending Reels, audio, formats, and social media ideas
- Proactively bring new content concepts and creative ideas to the brand
- Research competitor and activewear/fashion content
- Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars
- Publish and manage content across social media platforms
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content
- Coordinate with models, influencers, and creators when required
- Monitor basic content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Maintain a consistent WinishTrends brand voice and visual identity
Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, fashion, fitness, activewear, or lifestyle
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form content
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas independently
- Basic photo and video shooting/editing skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clear, engaging English captions and scripts
- Familiarity with Canva and video-editing applications is preferred
- Organized and able to manage content schedules and deadlines
- Willing to learn, experiment, and take ownership of content
- Must be based in Delhi NCR and available for planned shoots
- Freshers with strong creative skills/portfolios are welcome
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory
