Are you a creative strategist with a passion for storytelling and social media trends? Weโre looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across all platforms.
๐ About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, youโll be the driving force behind our brandโs online voice. This is a dynamic role where youโll blend creativity, analytics, and leadership to craft content, drive engagement, and mentor a small but passionate team.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Oversee daily posting, engagement, and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Lead and mentor a team of creators, designers, and executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and content teams
- Track and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Coordinate paid campaigns with performance marketing teams
- Handle social media crises with professionalism and speed

What Weโre Looking For:
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Proven team management or leadership experience
- Strong grasp of all major platforms and content strategies
- Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative mind with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
๐ Nice to Have
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
- Previous agency experience or working with multiple brands.
