- Role Description The Senior Manager – Technical Specification (HVAC & R) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project designs, preparing detailed technical documentation, supporting specification approvals with consultants / architects and clients, and ensuring alignment with national and international standards. The Senior Manager will collaborate with sales, R&D, and project teams to provide technical guidance, conduct product presentations and trainings, and address technical queries from customers and partners. The role also includes monitoring industry developments, contributing to product improvement initiatives, and supporting key projects through site visits, inspections, and techno-commercial coordination.

- Candidates should possess strong Technical understanding, PR with Architects / HVAC Consultants and Cleints.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and leadership skills to guide cross-functional technical and project teams.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support experience, including handling customer queries, providing onsite guidance, and preparing technical reports.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) exposure, with experience contributing to product improvement and validation activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to oversee specification-related activities, timelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC & R systems, passive fire protection, and industrial coatings, preferably within commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification; advanced certifications in HVAC, fire safety, or building services are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear technical specifications and conduct professional presentations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant design or specification tools; familiarity with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NBC, NFPA, IS standards) is beneficial.
