Company Description Me100 is redefining where health begins in India by focusing on early signals of disease long before symptoms appear. Role Description The Field Partnerships Manager, Delhi NCR is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with clinics, wellness centers, corporates, and other health ecosystem stakeholders in the Delhi NCR region. The manager will conduct regular field visits, present Me100’s offerings, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements. Day-to-day activities include managing partner relationships, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams for operations and marketing support, and resolving partner issues promptly. The role also involves gathering market insights, contributing to local go-to-market strategies, and representing Me100 at events and meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, build, and grow high-impact relationships.
- Account Management and Communication skills to maintain partner satisfaction and manage ongoing collaboration.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess partnership performance, and inform decisions.
- Experience in field sales, business development, or ecosystem partnerships, ideally in health, wellness, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site across the Delhi NCR region, with flexibility to travel for meetings and events.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software to track activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
