We're Hiring | Associate Vice President – Water Resources & Irrigation for One of the Top water resource and irrigation company 🚨
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🧑💼 Experience: 25–30 Years
🎓 Education: M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering (Mandatory)
Are you an experienced leader in Water Resources & Irrigation Engineering with a proven track record in large-scale irrigation and flood management projects? We are looking for an accomplished professional to join our team as Associate Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts and coordinate with clients.
✔ Develop project approach, methodology, and execution strategy.
✔ Drive the preparation and review of:
- Integrated Water Resources Management Plans
- Drainage Improvement & Waterlogged Area Development Plans
- Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- ✔ Review technical reports and ensure timely project deliverables.
- ✔ Lead client review meetings and implement feedback effectively.
- ✔ Manage project execution, quality, timelines, and overall deliverables.
Key Requirements:✅ M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering (Mandatory).
✅ 25–30 years of experience in planning, design, construction, and management of flood management & irrigation projects.
✅ Experience in at least two irrigation projects involving DPR preparation and design for more than 50,000 hectares CCA.
✅ Strong leadership experience managing large engineering teams.
✅ International project exposure is highly preferred.
✅ Experience as a Team Leader on irrigation projects funded by international/external funding agencies is desirable.
