Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing overall business performance at Vangrove Tech Private Limited. The CEO will lead executive decision-making, guide product and technology strategy, and ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and operational capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing senior leadership teams, reviewing financial and operational metrics, driving growth initiatives, and cultivating key client and partner relationships. The CEO will also represent the organization publicly, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to prioritize innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable scaling will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for stakeholder management, executive presentations, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to oversee organizational processes, documentation, and efficient executive operations.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction, manage key accounts, and drive a customer-centric culture.
- Candidates should possess Accounting and financial literacy skills to interpret financial statements, manage budgets, and support data-driven strategic decisions.
- Extensive leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, or related sectors, with a track record of scaling teams and businesses.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects, and drive revenue and profitability growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with or leading product, engineering, and sales teams; familiarity with cloud, automation, or software development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
