About the Company
We are hiring for a top client of KNR to recruit an executive leader to head their HR Service Delivery Unit (SDU) in India. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end HR services, payroll execution, HRIS landscapes, vendor management, and continuous process optimization (RPA/Automation).
About the Role
This role involves leading the HR Service Delivery Unit and ensuring effective management of HR services and operations.
Responsibilities
- GCC / GBS Setup Experience: Proven track record in setting up, transitioning, scaling, or expanding an HR GCC / Shared Services hub in India.
- Payroll Expertise (Critical): Strong, hands-on background in end-to-end payroll operations, payroll interface management, compliance, and large-scale payroll vendor relationships.
- MNC Background: Strong background working with top-tier MNC GCCs (FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, Consumer, or Industrial Manufacturing preferred).
- Team Leadership (Strict Criteria): Proven experience leading and scaling teams of 50+ FTEs in current or previous roles.
- Core Expertise: End-to-end HR Operations, Payroll Delivery, HRIS, SLA/KPI management, and vendor governance.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR Operations / Shared Services experience with 5+ years in core leadership
