Key Responsibilities
Execution & Follow-Through: Attend Founder-led reviews with Sales, Demand Generation, Product, Engineering, Accounts, and Partnerships.
Capture decisions and action items, own the follow-up cadence with each team, and drive every item to closure, escalating blockers before they become delays.
Hiring & Cost Intelligence: Run deep cost analysis on every resource hired across both companies.
Track utilization of existing teams, flag over-hiring or under-utilization early, and recommend corrections to keep team cost and output in balance.
Growth & Market Opportunities: Continuously scan the BFSI market for new opportunities, product whitespace, and revenue avenues for BeFiSc and FinEye.
Bring the Founder concrete, researched opportunities, not just observations.
Business Continuity & Backfill: When someone exits suddenly, step in to hold the function together: absorb critical responsibilities in the interim, and drive the replacement hire to closure with the HR team so the business never stalls.
Revenue Collection: Own receivables follow-up: track outstanding collections, chase clients and internal owners systematically, and keep cash flow healthy with regular visibility to the Founder.
Force Multiplication: T
ake ambiguous, high-priority problems off the Founder's plate and run them end to end. Over time, hire and lead a small Founder's Office team to scale what you own.
What We Look For
2-4 years in a Founder's Office, consulting, business operations, chief-of-staff, or high-growth startup role.
Relentless follow-up muscle: you close loops without being reminded, and people know things move when you are involved.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, cost models, utilization metrics, and building simple dashboards.
Exposure to BFSI, fintech, lending, or SaaS is a strong plus.
Clear, direct communicator who can hold senior stakeholders accountable with tact.
High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. No task is too big or too small.
