We're looking for a sharp, versatile Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our founder. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to see how an early-stage startup actually gets built, from strategy and operations through to execution across teams.
You'll work alongside the founder on strategic projects, research, and special initiatives, turning high-level ideas into structured plans, decks, and documents. You'll track key metrics and flag the priorities that need founder attention, while handling operations, partnerships, and day-to-day communication.
You're likely a student or recent graduate with strong analytical and communication skills. You're highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You can switch between projects without dropping quality, and you're genuinely curious about the music industry and the independent artist economy. Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel, Notion, and basic presentation design is essential. Prior experience in a startup, consulting, or founder's office role is a plus, as is any background in the music or creator economy and a basic understanding of business metrics and operations.
In return, you'll get direct mentorship from the founder, real exposure to how startup decisions are made, cross-functional experience scaling a brand, and an insider's view into building a category-defining platform for independent artists.
