Founder's Office Associate (Intern)
📍 Panchsheel Park, New Delhi (In-office)
💰 Stipend: ₹18,000/month
🚀 Full-time Opportunity: Up to ₹4 LPA (Performance Based)
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months
ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn't a typical internship.
You'll work directly with the founder of a fast-growing women's wellness startup and get hands-on exposure to building a consumer brand from the ground up.
Instead of repetitive tasks, you'll work on real business problems across strategy, marketing, product, operations, and growth. Your work will have a direct impact on the business.
If your long-term goal is to become a founder, operator, product manager, consultant, or growth marketer, this role will accelerate your learning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work directly with the Founder's Office on strategic and operational projects
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth experiments
• Coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal teams
• Track campaign performance and business metrics
• Convert ideas into execution across different functions
• Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
