About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *Operations Manager – Corporate Events* who can independently manage projects from client brief to final execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, translating them into practical execution plans, taking ownership of production decisions, and ensuring seamless on-ground delivery.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Attend client meetings and understand event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
* Take complete ownership of execution planning based on the client brief.
* Decide the most effective production and technical approach for event execution.
* Coordinate with internal design, production, fabrication, and operations teams.
* Prepare BOQs, production element lists, recce reports, and execution plans.
* Manage vendors, technical partners, fabrication teams, and site operations.
* Oversee event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
* Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, budgets, and safety standards.
* Resolve on-site challenges and make operational decisions during execution.
* Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements
* *Corporate Events industry experience is mandatory.*
* *Strong experience in Event Production, Technical Execution, and Operations is mandatory.*
* Ability to understand client briefs and independently plan execution strategies.
* Sound knowledge of event production, fabrication, staging, branding, lighting, AV, and venue logistics.
* Strong vendor management, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
* Good understanding of measurements, layouts, and production drawings.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must own a *two/four-wheeler* with a *valid Driving Licence*.
