We are hiring for our client – a fast-growing D2C fashion accessories brand based in Okhla, Delhi.
Our client is a fast-growing fashion accessories D2C brand founded by graduates of SRCC, LSR, and ISB. Within one year of operations, the brand has fulfilled ~100K orders and currently processes 800+ orders daily.
This is an opportunity to join the core operations team and play a key role in the company's next phase of growth.

What We Are Looking For:
- We are looking for someone who has experience in managing operations and inventory for a consumer goods company
- The person should have a knack for organising things - creating systems for different things and ensuring people stick to it
- Devil lies in the details: We are looking for someone who is Detail Oriented
- You should have a knack for data - You should be comfortable using different tools to understand different inventory trends and optimsation opportunities
- Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature
What are your responsibilities?
Inventory management and Order Fulfillment
- You would be responsible for managing our entire operations while developing and implementing robust inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders for all channels while ensuring minimal mistakes in orders
- Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping processes and reduce delivery lead times.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce excess stock and improve turnover.
Data Analysis and Trend Insights:
- Utilise data analytics tools to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and product development teams based on trend analyses.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements:
- You must have 3-5 years of experience in managing operations of an Online First D2C brand that sells more than 500 SKUs
- You should have managed operations of companies handling more than 1000 daily orders
- Comfortable with different tools - be it for fulfilment, inventory management or data analysis
- This is a work-from-office role - You should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi
