Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. The role involves collaborating with the project team, attending client meetings, and updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Interior Designer will also assist in estimating project costs, preparing timelines, and ensuring work adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture and fixture specification.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional layouts aligned with project requirements.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for execution and coordination.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in interior design projects in residential or commercial sectors within the Mumbai region is an advantage.
