Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop luxury kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture layouts that align with brand standards and client needs. Responsibilities include preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, and presentations; coordinating FF&E selections; and ensuring that design solutions are functional, aesthetically refined, and feasible for execution. The role involves site visits, measurements, and coordination with architects, contractors, and installation teams to oversee implementation and maintain design integrity. The Interior Designer will also support showroom displays, contribute to design proposals, and ensure a high level of client communication and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, high-end residential and kitchen layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills, including understanding of structural constraints and collaboration with architects and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, with proficiency in preparing detailed plans, elevations, and technical documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selection, specification, and coordination of finishes, fittings, fixtures, and furniture in luxury environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar); and strong visualisation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience in high-end or luxury interiors are highly beneficial.
