We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Retention Marketing 📍 Delhi

What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS & Push Notifications.
✅ Build customer segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
✅ Drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
✅ Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to improve retention and business growth.
We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–6 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing.
✔️ Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Salesforce CRM, or similar platforms.
✔️ BFSI/Fintech or Stock Market experience is preferred.
