We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to CEO (Full-Time | Jaipur)
We're looking for a sharp, organised Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and support key business operations from our Jaipur office.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (depending on experience)
Requirements:
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior exposure to hiring/recruitment coordination
- Experience with quality control (QC) processes
- Comfortable handling overall office/team management
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the right hand to the CEO — managing schedules, priorities, and follow-ups
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Oversee quality control across projects/deliverables
- Support day-to-day office and team management
