Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Java Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, microservices, distributed systems, and modern backend technologies, along with experience leading engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
- Build event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making.
